Privacy Policy

Effective 07/01/2025

Thank you for choosing Monday Call. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our website, mobile apps, and services (collectively, the “Service”).

PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY TO UNDERSTAND HOW WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICES.

  • We collect personal and financial information to provide, secure, and improve our services. This includes information you voluntarily provide, data collected automatically, and details received from third-party services.

    Information You Provide to Us

When you create an account, you share personal information such as your name, email address, and password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing details and payment information. You may also provide optional profile details, upload data, and send us feedback or support requests through the app or website.

When you connect your financial accounts, you authorize us—via partners like Plaid—to access data such as balances, transaction history, and institution names. We never receive or store your login credentials. Your credentials are encrypted and handled securely by the data provider, not by Monday Call. You may also share budgets, goals, planned payments, and notesas part of using the Service.

If you contact us (e.g., for support, surveys, or inquiries), we collect the information you choose to share.

    Information We Collect Automatically

When using Monday Call, we collect technical and usage data such as your IP address, device type, browser, time zone, app version, and language settings. We also track how you use the app, including session durations, screen views, interactions with features, crash reports, and navigation flow. If location access is enabled, we may collect approximate or precise location data, depending on your settings.

    Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from financial data providers (like Plaid), such as account balances and transaction data; from payment processors, such as transaction confirmations; from analytics or fraud prevention tools, such as device signals or behavioral patterns; or from login providers (e.g., Apple), depending on your settings. We may also enhance features by supplementing your data with anonymized or aggregated datasets.

  • We use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to enhance your experience. These tools help us keep you logged in, store preferences, track bugs and crashes, measure engagement, and tailor content or recommendations. They may function through your browser or be embedded in our mobile apps.

We may use tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, and session replay to understand usage patterns. You can disable or control cookies through your browser or device settings, although this may affect functionality.

  • We use third-party analytics and advertising services to understand how users engage with Monday Call and to promote the app through digital campaigns. Analytics providers collect aggregated data on user behavior and system performance.

Advertising partners may use hashed identifiers or app activity to deliver relevant ads on other platforms like Google or Facebook. We do not sell your personal data, and we only share limited information as permitted by law.

You can manage your preferences through browser settings or platforms such as:

    • Network Advertising Initiative

    • Digital Advertising Alliance

    • Google Ads Settings

    • Facebook Ad Settings

We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.

  • We use your information to operate, personalize, and improve the Monday Call service. This includes connecting your accounts, categorizing transactions, forecasting your cash flow, customizing your dashboard, and generating insights tailored to your goals.

We may use your contact information to respond to inquiries, provide support, and send updates about your account, security alerts, and new features. Depending on your usage, we may send educational content, surveys, or feature recommendations.

Your usage data helps us identify bugs, analyze engagement, and enhance app performance. Aggregated or anonymized data may also improve our budgeting tools and insights.

If you’re on a paid plan, we use your billing information to process payments and resolve issues. We may also send you relevant offers or promotional content, which you can opt out of.

We use information to monitor for fraud, protect your account, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our Terms of Service. In some cases, your data may be de-identified for research, product development, or reporting on financial trends.

We may use your information for additional purposes disclosed at the time of collection or with your consent.

  • We do not sell your personal or financial data. We only share it to operate the service, comply with legal requirements, or when you give explicit consent.

    Service Providers

We work with trusted vendors for cloud infrastructure, analytics, payments, customer support, and financial data connections. They access your data only to perform services on our behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

    Financial Data Sources

To maintain secure integrations, we may share account metadata with services like Plaid. We do not store or access your login credentials.

    Legal Requirements and Protection

We may disclose information to comply with the law, respond to legal processes, enforce our Terms of Service, or protect our rights and users.

    Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, your data may be part of the business transition. If so, we will notify you of any material changes.

    Community Submissions

Any content you post in public or shared areas (e.g., feedback boards) may be visible to others.

    With Your Consent

We may share your data in other ways if you explicitly authorize us to do so.

  • To better understand app usage and ad performance, we may work with third-party platforms that use cookies, pixels, or mobile IDs to collect data such as device type, session time, location (if permitted), ad interactions, and conversion events.

You may contact us to request deletion of certain information, subject to operational or legal limitations.

  • Monday Call is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that such information was collected, we will delete it. Please contact us at privacy@mondaycall.app if you believe a child has provided us with personal information.
